Last Warning est un groupe italien de Metal Progressif fondé en 1987 à Pordenone, Frioul-Vénétie-Julienne. Pas tres productif, le groupe ne sort que trois album jusqu'à ce jour. From the Floor of the Well en 1994, Under A Spell en 2000 et Throughout Time en 2009. Le line-up était composé de : Stefano Venuto Bass, Ivan Moni Bidin Drums, Antonio Pin Guitars, Andrea Ferrara Guitars, Gianluca Venier Keyboards et Fabio Del Sal Vocals .
