Mandator, Aussi connu sous : ex-Mysto Dysto, est un groupe Hollandais de Speed Thrash, formé
en 1983 à Emmen, Drenthe. Le mandator dérive du latin signifiant messager. C'est un poste
subalterne de l'Empire byzantin médiéval. Le groupe sort son premier album, The Rules Have
Been Disturbed en 1986. Deux albums suivont de 1987 à 1989. En 1993, le groupe decide d'arreter.
